Ed VanWieren is transitioning to a Product Manager role and Murray Brack will take on the position of CEO.
Ed VanWieren, a company founder, held the CEO position at SeisWare International for over 10 years prior to taking this new step as a Product Manager. Ed says of his new role, “I’m really passionate about connecting directly with and solving problems for our customers, and I feel the Product Manager role allows me to have more direct impact and focus on the vision for our software products. I’m looking forward to this change and the opportunity it brings.”
Murray Brack, formerly the COO of SeisWare International, has transitioned into the role of CEO, taking over from Ed VanWieren. Murray is also a company founder, and he’s been directing the internal operations of SeisWare International for over 10 years. “The oil and gas industry has changed a lot, and we have to be agile to adapt and grow” says Murray. “Ed VanWieren has been instrumental in the development of the organization, and I’m looking forward to building on his legacy, leading our team’s vision, and growing our relationships in the community.”
Both founders are excited to take on these new challenges, and the rest of the team at SeisWare looks forward to supporting them in their new roles.
