Key Responsibilities

  • Must be curious and open to learning the Conscious Selling sales technique and genuinely applying the skills
  • Build strong customer relationships and loyalty by ensuring an overall positive customer experience
  • Learn and apply coaching skills to sales conversations
  • Achieve assigned objectives of sales pipeline development
  • Manage day-to-day sales process, coordinate account meetings and coordinate sales support resources
  • Make telephone calls, in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers
  • Participate in industry trade shows to establish new and grow existing customer relations

Education and Experience

  • Must be knowledgeable about the geosciences (geology and geophysics), either through a related degree or significant work experience
  • Some relationship-building or sales experience
  • Knowledge of CRM packages
  • Post-secondary degree

Available for out of town travel 25% of the time.
