We want to share with you an update on how we’re addressing Covid-19 in our operations.
As this situation evolves, for the health and safety of our team, we’ve transitioned everyone to work remotely. We are still able to support our users via phone and email, but response times may be slower than usual.
We hope to continue to provide the same exceptional service as we always have, but like all of you, this is new territory for us.
We also plan to cancel all face-to-face meetings until at least April, which means we won’t be hosting any technical sessions or doing any on-site visits during this time.
Please take care of yourselves, and thank you for your patience and understanding.
