Over 20 years ago, a couple of software developers and a couple of geoscientists shared some common goals. They wanted to run a company that developed innovative software for the energy industry, provided exceptional customer support and was a fun place to work. They accomplished these goals, and they continue to lead and grow the company with this same vision.
We are committed to exceeding expectations by providing outstanding client care and valuable solutions.

Sales & Support
A couple of software developers started a software company from their basements. They developed SeisWare, a windows-based seismic interpretation software package.
A couple of geoscientist, fed up with mediocre software support, decide to start their own company to provide the kind of support they always wished they’d received—responsive, resourceful, and offered by industry experts.
Zokero releases their first version of SeisWare seismic interpretation software, and contracts Blue Castle to support the product. SeisWare was being sold as a subscription model, unheard of in the software industry at that time.
The Zokero developers move out of their basements and into real office space with the Blue Castle team, who now exclusively support SeisWare software.
Zokero releases a version of the software with some really great interpretation tools, AND with a really cool ad campaign.
SeisWare Inc. opens in Houston, y’all, and can now provide sales and support south of the border.
We make it official. Zokero and Blue Castle merge to form SeisWare International Inc.
To provide our users with a complete geoscience interpretation solution, SeisWare International acquires Austin Geomodeling and Recon geologic interpretation software.
To alleviate the confusion caused by SeisWare (the company) developing SeisWare (the product) and Recon (the other product) we rebrand to Geophysics by SeisWare and Geology by SeisWare.
SeisWare International Inc. continues to diversify, and we release our Well Pad Planning tool.
Geology by SeisWare is way ahead of other similar 3D interpretation software packages.
Geology’s ability to measure point to point distances in a 3D space, its speed and performance in synchronization between 3D view, map view and cross section view (Cascade Technology®), and their customer service put them way ahead of other similar 3D interpretation software packages.
Everything about the workflows just makes sense.
I couldn't be more happy with the software. Everything about the workflows just makes sense. Also, I couldn't be more impressed by the service I have received from SeisWare. Truly impressive and a reflection of the team you work with.
Geology by SeisWare allowed me to visualize in 3D relationships between stratigraphy, reservoir quality, and seismic.
As a geoscientist, Geology has enhanced my daily workflows and allowed me to visualize in 3D relationships between stratigraphy, reservoir quality, and seismic that in the past I could dream of but was unable to construct because of the limitations of competing software products.
I use Geophysics as a home-base for my seismic interpretation projects.
It’s a highly efficient and effective software platform to setup and use, thus making it an ideal tool to integrate geophysical data into an E&P asset team.
[Geophysics] has proven to be an excellent technology and cost management decision for Husky.
[SeisWare] continues to be the seismic interpretation choice at EnCana.
EnCana was tasked with migrating geoscientists to a PC based software platform. Geophysics was one of four products we tested as part of the RFP. SeisWare won the contract in July 2004 and continues to be the seismic interpretation choice at EnCana.
I am still impressed by the quality of the product.
After over a dozen years of using Geophysics, I am still impressed by the quality of the product, the speed and efficiency of their help center, and their superior customer service. Five years ago I had to decide which seismic interpretation package to purchase for my company, and I chose SeisWare. I have never regretted that decision.
