Position Overview
Since 1997, SeisWare™ International Inc. has successfully grown to be an industry leader in the development, sales, and support of geophysical and geological software within the geoscience industry. From a non-technical standpoint, we are passionate and focused on individual and team growth. Our primary activity is developing a Windows®-based software package for geoscientists.
You must be able to work independently as well as with a team in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to new situations or tasks. A strong attention to detail, keen analytical skills and genuine curiosity will help you thrive. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multi-task are a requirement.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure new functionality matches existing software quality standards
- Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases and automated scripts
- Ensure that the quality assessment process is documented and communicated to other departments
- Aid in quality assessment process development and optimization
- Collaborate with software developers, product owners and client stakeholders to provide feedback on design and functionality
- Isolate defects and replicate specific system issues relating to process or data errors
- Own the quality of your work

Education and Experience
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
- Experience with or exposure to geoscience software is an asset
- Experience in an Agile environment is an asset
